Christina Hall Lists Her Tennessee Home for Sale Amid Divorce From Josh Hall

Christina Hall is making big moves amid her and Josh Hall’s divorce.
The HGTV star put her Tennessee farmhouse on the market for $4.5 million Oct. 3, less than three months after both she and her ex filed papers to end their two-year marriage.
"My Tennessee home is officially for sale,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Excited for a new venture in business & real estate!”
"I guess 'Leipers Fork' is gonna have to come off the bio soon," she continued, referencing Josh’s Instagram bio denoting the Tennessee village. “Time to get back to reality...”
And while Christina's estranged husband has yet to publicly address her post, he recently shared a photo of himself sitting on top of what appeared to be a staircase leading into the home. Accompanying him in the pic shared to Instagram Sept. 24 was his dog Stella, who had just celebrated her 10th birthday.
E! News has reached out to Josh’s rep for comment on the listing but has not heard back.
After the subtle dig at her estranged husband, Christina then took a more pointed approach.
“Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed. All about trying to fake everything you can...With your mind on my money and my money on your mind...Byeeee.”
Christina, who has owned many properties over the years, bought the six-bedroom house for $2.5 million in February 2021, one month before she and Josh began dating and about eight months before they married.
For those who may not understand why she considers Josh to be stealing, Christina—who is mom to Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, who she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, 5, her son with ex Ant Anstead—laid her reasoning out quite plainly.
"And yes, this is 'stealing' from me and my family,” the Flip or Flop alum wrote in her latest Instagram Stories. “Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short term marriage is factual. Stealing my rental income for 2 of my sole and separate homes is factual (booking a cleaner does not make you a property manager).”
Indeed, since their respective requests to dissolve their marriage in July, the two have been battling over money. Josh, 44, in his filing obtained by E! News, had requested spousal support from Christina, 41, who wrote in her response, "It is my understanding that Josh has his own income and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me."
In her latest Instagram Stories post, the reality star soon got even more personal in her accusations.
"Pretty sure I've made allllll the payments on all the cards. (And on everything)," she wrote, "and also this is my page and as long as you're being a gold digging little biatch I don't have to stop doing anything...everything I've said is 100 accurate and I haven't even scratched the surface of your character."
Despite the back and forth in their legal filings, Josh has only spoken out about the breakup once.
"I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for," he wrote on Instagram Aug. 2. "I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever."
He continued, "We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are."
Look back at Christina and Josh’s relationship…
Sparks flew while Christina and Josh started spending time together. The couple recreated their March 2021 date a year later.
While on vacation for Christina's birthday, the two posed for a photo on the beach and made their relationship Instagram official.
Months in, Christina had a message for any haters, noting she'll "turn off comments with Josh and will continue to do so if people are rude." As she later put it, "Do what you love with the ones you love. For me, that's Josh, my kids and a few close friends and co-workers."
Engaged! One day after celebrating Josh's birthday, Christina confirmed the duo's romance was anything but a flop.
The pair celebrated the spooktacular season with a visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.
Just a few months later, they marked their first Christmas together.
"Building life together and enjoying some alone time," she captioned this sweet pic. "Love you Josh."
The following month, Christina enjoyed the "Best Valentine's weekend with my Valentine."
"Prayed for a man who was all man but still treated me like his queen," Christina wrote on Instagram just a few days before news of her and Josh's marriage broke. "Never give up."
In April 2022, fans learned that Christina and Josh privately tied the knot. They then celebrated their union with a wedding in Hawaii that September.
"Shared vows in front of family and our close friends," Christina wrote on Instagram Sept. 4. "Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be. My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love."
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.
The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star's birthday with a sweet tribute.
"Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!" he wrote on Instagram. "This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of. Christina is about to make her 40’s the best decade of her life and looking better than ever while doing it!I’m a lucky man and thank my lucky stars that she chose me to take this ride with her that is now our life. Ride or die baby, love you more than anything."
Christina and Josh stepped out for a beach day with her French bulldog Cash and his dog Stella.
"Still going strong…" Josh wrote on Instagram alongside photos over the pair from over the past three years. "03/2024 ← 03/2023 ← 03/202← 03/2021."
In July 2024, Josh filed for divorce from Christina, citing "irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and her listing the same in her own court documents.
